All the sleep things!

I fully respect your time and understand the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Here is a list of the things I love and have helped me get my much needed beauty rest!

Let me know what has helped YOU the most!

recommended for a beautiful night's sleep

If you want to turn your bath time experience into a true spa-like indulgence, here are my recommendations! Trust me, your body will thank you!!!

For your spa-like bath experience:

1. Luxury Bath Pillow with neck and back support

2. Bamboo Adjustable Bathtub Tray

3. Dr. Teal's Sleep Soak with Melatonin, Lavender, & Chamomile Essential Oil Blend (this is an essential for me! This is the Epsom Salt powder form, it will not make bubbles - I always have this as it does wonders for muscle aches)

4. Dr. Teal's Foaming Bath Sleep Bath with Melatonin, Lavender, & Chamomile Essential Oil Blend (this WILL make the bubble bath, so yes, I use both the Epsom Salt powder form AND the foaming bath liquid)

5. Spa Headband - keep your hair dry (this is perfect also when you're washing your face or applying make-up)

6. MakeUp Eraser washcloth  - I use this on a regular basis but it is especially nice to have in the bathtub to easily clean my face

6. Laneige Lip Treatment Balm this is the perfect time to go ahead and nourish and hydrate your lips

7. LA JOLIE MUSE Lavender Candle - 90 hours of burn time, this soy aromatherapy candle is also beautiful!

8. Shower Caddy Shelf Organizer if you're anything like me, everything needs it's place! This thing is AMAZING and holds ALL of my bath stuff and has never budged!

9. Stanley Quencher H2.0 Tumbler if your bladder can handle it through the night, this goes with me everywhere! Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate!

To continue the spa-like feeling after your bath:

1. Towel warmer (you can put your towel AND your robe in here during your bath - yes, you can thank me now!)

2. Lightweight Waffle Mid-Length Robe

3. Memory Foam House Slippers

Supplements:

1. Magnesium - this is an essential mineral and helps with things like brain fog and relaxing. Since you should only take it at night, I figured I would go ahead and show you this is my favorite one that I do take after my bath to help!

A few of my favorite things to make the perfect bedroom sleeping sanctuary:

1. Start, always, with a great mattress

2. Cotton Linen Like Textured Breathable Soft Duvet Cover (I LOVE the tannish linen grey, but it comes in multiple colors!)

3. Duvet cover insert (this is an affordable, washable one that I have loved and has held up well to repeated washing)

4. Kate Spade New York Solid 270 TC Percale Set of 4 Sheet Set, Queen Size, 100% Cotton (so soft, again, multiple color options!)

5. Decorative Throw Pillow Covers  (don't forget the pillow inserts!)

6. Always, always add a soft, cozy knit blanket with texture!

7. Boho/Farmhouse linen embroidered flowy curtains

8. These motorized blackout blinds with remote control and Alexa capability truly make your bedroom a retreat! (my favorite bedroom splurge!)

9. Costa Farms Peace Lily, indoor plant with flowers, easy to grow in a decorative pot - even my black thumb has kept THIS one alive!

10. All bedrooms need that perfect decorative and functional mirror!

11. This is all the rage, and rightfully so: Hatch Restore, Sunrise Alarm Clock/Sound Machine/Smart Light
